Which gulf? I'm currently residing in Qatar. I don't know why they are taking so long with our applications. A lot of people I know who applied from here usually takes only around 3-4 months to get PPR. Now it's sad that they are taking longer than usual.

I'm in Bahrain, closeby haha.
My guess for it taking this long is that they have to run the background check on 2 countries, India and Bahrain for my case, so maybe it's these countries that are taking time to reply back to them. Just a guess.

hey Guys, my six months are over and now I am getting this msg:

"
We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.

Your application is taking us longer than usual to process.

About 20% of our applications are more complex to process. They take us longer due to things like how easily we can verify information, how well and how quickly you answer our requests and whether the application is complete.

If you aren't seeing updates, contact us using this Web form. Make sure you read your messages and take action when we ask you to.

When I click on the web form link, it takes me no where. Any idea what is this link pointing to?

Can anybody tell me what's the difference between Eligibility Met and Eligibility Recommend Passed?

Are both these terms same thing?
Mine is Recommenced passed. As far as I know it is when case analyst analysed your file and considered that you meet all the requirements of the program you are applying under and recommended that an angent to pass you through.

@dreamer101 Hey, I have review required for my POF. A major portion of my POF is comiing from gift deed. Apart from deed, there were some deposits in my account in the 6 months for which I have given bank statement which I have explained in my LOE while submitting the documents.
When did you receive ADR?
Also what is your AOR?

Hi same is the case with me. AOR 23rd nov, MEP 3rd Jan.
No update since then, when I called up ircc yermsterday, she said she does not have the file with her and cannot provide me any information that I have cleared the medicals. I remember that file had been sent to somewhere else .
Regards
Have you paid permanent resident fee upfront?

I hope all the November cases get PPR at earliest. Especially, the ones which are in 20s.
I hope so too! So far no updates from the 20s. Based on reading from others' update, it seems like they get the update a day before or on the date of their AOR which is kind of disappointing but that's better than waiting for a year and as long as we all get the approval, then it will be worth the wait.

I received ADR on 17th april , AOR 2nd November 2018 , ip2 12th april. I had some big deposits which i did not explain at the time of aor , i thought it wasnt necessary. I think these people at ircc are extra cautious regarding money matters or they just want everything pre-explained to cut their work load. Whatever it is, explanation is always better and if you have review required for your POF that does not necessarily means something bad . Some of these junior agents just mark it RR so that the senior agents can go through it and verify . Every review required does not automatically generate an ADR. If you think you have missed something or you can explain something even more you should do it through a web form and upload the necessary documents with it. If not just relax buddy , these people at ircc are just slow and you will get your golden mail soon.
