I would suggest not to change it, the reason is if you change and update the same to IRCC, then you have to update the about the country you are staying in for more than 6 months, which will demand a PCC from that country.

What's the usual time to get gcms? I have applied it on April 4th. Still didn't receive? Only 7 days left. Nov 14th Aor

I ordered on the same date! Still have not received it yet. My aor is nov 22, 16 days left.
I'm guessing there is nothing much there. Background check did not even start yet. This is really kind of frustrating but all we can do is wait.
Let's just hope that there are no issues with our app and that our approval will come soonest!

No updates after moving to so called ip2 (profile updated on 26th april). Trust me ip2 to ppr wait can make you go mad...

Hello All, I had applied on 5th Nov, post completion of 6 months. I have got a mail for additional prrof of fund documents. Initially I had shown around 14000cad in my account.

Now they have asked again for last 12 months bank statement. There has been a regular influx of around 40-50k INR in my account per month which is my salary.

I have borrowed money and plan to show around 10lac INR for this document. Please suggest what should I do in this case.

What did you submit as Pof? Bank letter plus 6 month bank statement or just the bank letter? Also, when did you received the ADR mail? Today itself??

My company was sold out too! It was acquired by another company. I called the HR of the new company and told them of my requirements. Since they had acquired my company, they gave me a reference letter in their letter head and mentioned that I worked with abc company and it was acquired in so and year by xyz company. It worked for me.

23rd Nov AOR here, been a lurker for a while. Finally decided to hop on the wait train with you guys, as it was getting lonely. I'm residing in the gulf, but with an Indian national.

Got my last update around February when the Background Check status changed to
"We are processing your background check. We will send you a message if we need more information."
There has been no other updates since then, 17 days remaining...

Which gulf? I'm currently residing in Qatar. I don't know why they are taking so long with our applications. A lot of people I know who applied from here usually takes only around 3-4 months to get PPR. Now it's sad that they are taking longer than usual.
