I used getgcms.com. I got my notes in 10 calendar days. Way faster than the advertised 30 days.
ok thank you. So its a third party requesting notes on our behalf? Trustworthy? and whats the payment method? I don't have a paypal account, can only use my credit card.

A US work visa rejection from early 2018. I disclosed the details in a LOE explaining that I didn't meet the qualifications.
I've heard that statutory questions normally flag cases as review required, but I'm uncertain why there's no movement whatsoever.

Even I have a rejected Canada visit visa application that I mentioned. It got flagged as review required. At the same time I even mentioned that on the second attempt I got the visa and can be seen in my travel stamps.

13 Nov 2018 AoR and as per my last info just criminality and medical had passed since December 2018. 16th april my file moved to London and I have no updates since. 8 days remaining for my 6 months mark now.

Or should I ask my uncle or a friend to order the notes on my behalf? They are in Canada.

Are you from Pak or India? Usually processing time for Pakistanis is 90 days.

My file has been moved to London too after being in Ottawa for quite sometime. I have no idea of their processing times but I’ve heard it’s considered LVO for most Pakistani applicants.

They took 5 points from my score I have it in my notes just like I was explaining to them previously, they need to understand that a decision has not yet been made so if you have another birthday before they get to your file they will remove 5 points
If the 5 points taken makes your score lower than the lowest cut off score then they can’t refuse you because of this and have to accept your initial score in this case
Good to know!! Thanks for sharing :)

Yes that’s what the cic agent told me. They handle Pakistan and Middle East. I applied from Dubai, UAE so they sent it there.

Hey Guys,

My GCMS notes came in(below the paragraph). It seems like they're obsessing over a statutory question of mine and flagged it as RR. They havent touched my application since 12/17/2018 besides transferring it to Montreal from CIO on Jan-24. Am I just stuck waiting indefinitely for them to actually process this or will a CSE get things moving?

Aor - 08th Nov

Moved to IP2 today

A request has also been raised to share the proof of funds.

I had already shared.

2 questions:

1. Are FDs not considered to be readily available funds?

2. I have a home loan with outstanding of about 35 lacs INR. Does that affect the application process?

Rgds
Hey can u please tell me what change do we see in profile when we move from ip1 to ip2 ?

Yes this is what it is, manager wrote the letter and the HR only confirmed and signed
Is that fine?

This question has already been answered. It should be fine. See below earlier response;

No. It has to be signed by the manager if he wrote it. Because if the letter says "under my direct supervision" and signed by HR - They would assume that you are working under the HR in that department and your entire job duties will be amiss.

Either: have your HR write the job duties and sign it. Or have the Manager write and sign it. If its easier, get the HR to sign it AFTER the manager listed the job duties in 3rd person - instead of "under my direct supervision", they can write "under the manager's direct supervision". That will eliminate all confusion.

I have bachelor's and post graduate diploma(not masters)

But summary only said bachelors

They seem to have accepted my WES now, so I am not really bothered about it anymore :)

I am not sure that I am right or wrong on this, but I believe that if your WES ECA summary says only Bachelor’s degree then you can not claim points for two or more degrees. I will say that confirm with other members as this is my understanding.
