Hi,

Need help! I moved my test notification letters to my personal folder (same yahoo mailbox) and I think Yahoo server mail failed as it were transferring, unfortunately. I have searched everywhere (all folders including jumk/trash/deleted) for these recent correspondences and they’re nowhere to be found. Can I ask CIC to send it again and how fast do they respond? What is CIC email? The tests are in 2 weeks and I believe I would need the letters.

Is this a notice to write the citizenship exam or document verification only? Because one of the lines says that "You are receiving this notice solely for the purpose of attending an interview with a citizenship officer to verify your identity and the originals of the documents you provided with your application."

Btw we r missing ur in process date and test invite letter and actual test date

So your AOR was in your inbox but fingerprint request went to spam folder. Isn't it from the same address? It is very strange..

It is!! That's what I told CIC when I called them. I tried to look for "Fingerprint", "Citizenship" etc on my e-mail but nothing came up.

What I did was look through the spam folder and look at the messages I received on March 15 (the date CIC said they sent a correspondence). When I saw the FP request e-mail, I realized that they used different e-mail address from the AOR.

So my AOR came from this e-mail address: donotreply@cic.gc.ca
While my FP request came from this e-mail address: ON-RTCEC-RGT-Nepasrepondre.IRCC@cic.gc.ca

I hope this will help the others!

Calgary is quite fast in issuing test invites so u shud expect soon.

Thank you Zmaqsood. I'm just quite anxious for the test date as I want to finish the exam before my baby pops-out. I'm due in June, hopefully my exam date is end of this month or first week of May
