Hello Guys, will a standard US size passport photo do for post ITA submission or they want the exact dimensions as per CIC website.
Nobody can really say. The last time there was a draw of 3900 was Jan 30. Its been 2 months. I would kind of want to see the pattern for last year but even then its impossible to say. All of us are pretty much guessing. But its been 2 months!! It better get here soon! I am hoping a 3900 draw for this draw, gives me more of a chance. Lets see.
Yess. Let's hope so. Last year they started to increase number of ITAs by April . It's been more than 2month. Jan 30 draw was for 3350 ITAs I believe. Guess it depends on our luck.
Neither the draw frequency, nor the number of ITAs in each draw is going to undergo any change until end of Q3. They are hardly 3-4K short on their target which they would likely meet through a one week draw later this year.
All hopes should be pinned on reduction in the inflow of applications.
@abhishek_89 Last year, sometime around May, thee was a 21-day period with no IELTS draw. In the corresponding draw covering no IELTS result, the CRS score dipped from 441 to 440 and touched 440 for the first time. At that time, the backlog of 6 months of candidates stuck at 440 was big enough too, comparable to the backlog we have now.
Quick query re Proof of funds: i have 10.4L in bank and 4L cards outstanding (EMI etc from honeymoon. Not something problematic). 8.2 lakhs is the required pof for 2 people. Will this be a problem or should i clear cards and close everything(by family donations regretfully) and also get pf fund slips (3.5L) to support my case. Can someone advise how to maintain the balance...
