Yes that what they are saying. But strangely today again I spoke to CIC and they again told me that the job offer doesn’t have to be supported by an LMIA and this time they sent me an email with it. Lol. They want to see that you been working with the company and the wages is fair and it’s a B, A or OO job

I’m working with what CIC say, I’m not sure if you are a government worker but I’m going with what they tell me and they also provided me with a link saying I can go ahead

Aren't you both saying the same thing? Or is it like you don't need LMIA even if it is not an ICT??
