Hello All,

Ordered my first set of GCMS notes on 22 Feb 2019, received them today morning. Ordered through GETGCMS.

Eligibility: Not Started
Security: Not Started
Criminality: Not Started

AOR: 15 Nov 2018
MEP: 17 Dec 2018
Current online status: BG saying 'Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check'.
Estimated remaining time: 50 days
No ghost updates till date.

Office: CPC, Ottawa

Just had a concern, in my notes the 'client information' is marked as review required. I have had refusal for my US and UK visitor visa once. Could that be the primary reason for the review required flag? Or do I have something more to worry about?
Mine is exactly same. No background check started and says Client Information Review Required.

It's nothing to worry about :)

If you answer yes to any of the statutory questions, then the program assistant makes a review required note. Nothing to worry here, this is completely standard.

If you submit an LOE, then also the program assistant makes a review required note. "Client Information" is the technical name for LOE. Again, very standard and nothing to worry about.

My brother has same situation as yours. AOR November 11th. Background check not started yet.
I haven't ordered notes though. Majority of outland applicants are in this same situation thus I guess everyone will be processed in batches thus nothing to worry about.

Thanks guys. Appreciate your quick response. Would be ordering another set of notes tomorrow just to check if anything has progressed. Would keep the forum posted about it.

Please elaborate.
All I am saying is, what if I keep more funds in my saving accounts to cover up what was a part of dissolved Fd will that help? Since they have my savings account number they can easily verify with the bank...
or unless I submit any proof of it, that won’t help??

Yess..We might get some update by this month end as there is a trend of ppr's coming in month end.

You haven't renewed the FD yet?
Well if not then send the latest statement of the account where the matured funds are deposited and letter of explanation. If you did get an fd then send what i stated previously.
Rest is your call.
Cic may always ask you for updated statements during processing of the application.

There is no need to send these documents. If IRCC asks for updated statements, then you can send the new FD or the bank account balance. The important thing is that the entire amount above required POF should be there and should have been there since your AOR (both of which should be verifiable in the documents you send, if asked for updated documents).

Hey there, I need your opinion.

I want to know whether it will be a problem. I had not thought about it until yesterday. To say it simple, I used two accounts for my pof, one in a local currency and another in dollar. But in two months from AOR I transferred money to a euro account to avoid currency fluctuations.

I have enough money and only what have changed the place where are they stored. I totally understand they an officer won’t be able to get any additional info from the bank additionaly to the information started in the statements. So they will not be able to find out that money is in another account.

Should I be worry for not submitting new documents after I transferred money to the new account?
