Guys a question I will be travelling to Canada on a work permit in a few months and I am going to be there for a couple of years .
My score expires this November 2019. Are there any Canada specific points that I can earn before that ? Experts please this would really help .
Sitting at 438 maxed out
Good to know that you are travelling to Canada on a workpermit.

Few points:
1. You will get additional points if you are having workpermit job which is based on LMIA ( additional 50 points )
2. Incase your job is not based on LMIA, you will get point only after you complete 1 year in Canada
3. After 6 months of job in Canad , you will get a very good chance to get qualified for PNP.

The best case is if there are back to back draws, there is every chance of you to get ITA. ( Since nowadays , getting ECA through WES and IQAS is tedious)

Lastly, there are elections which are due in the second half of the year , you never know " How immigration rules can effect"

Honestly, Are you serious bruv.? One 3 week gap draw sends the entire immigrants dizzy. Come on!! we all know that with one month CIC won't achieve the 2019 target. If you guys with high 450's worry about the ITA. Think about the ppl with 440 score. Instead of worrying too much. Take a chilled beer and relax till tmrw. You will most definitely get an ITA tmrw.

Cheers

If you are not losing points anytime soon, you should be getting an ITA within 4 months.. if there are is a b2b draw in March , chances are in a couple of draws..
Thank you.. I wont be losing points for now as the birthday is only around the end of the year and I'm just 26 (I guess I wont lose points until I'm 30 or so?)
Also I would be completing my masters this year which is likely to be evaluated as 1 year graduate study by WES. Would you know if I would receive additional points for that and if WES would evaluate with provisional and consolidated certificates? The university takes about a year to issue degree certificates :(

I wonder why your Masters will be evaluated as one year diploma? In what stream are you pursuing your masters?

if the #112 is scheduled to happen today, it would have already happened by now. Correct me if i am wrong. I am guessing the cut off CRS score would be between 450 - 455. Lets hope for the best.
