If you re-apply, as long as you meet the requirements, there should be no issues. However, be cautious that what you stated in your last application can be compared to this one.
Thanks for info I will connect to FB group to get more details.

Hi @legalfalcon

SEP -- AOR
I was working in USA for the past 5 year, I moved to my home country last week.
I am working for the same employer from my home country office.
My designation, salary also has been changed.

I have claimed points only for this job.
I have reported only change of mailing address to the CIC

What I read on few threads was, is POST AOR changes does not matter, only things which effects CRS score we need to report.

I got little tensed after I read in few other threads where it was mentioned by few people you need to mention about change of employment.

I am confused, please let me know do I need to update any info about my job also

Thanks

Thanks God that finally I had PPR.

Yes after a long time i am reporting here that finally I have received PPR in the month of Jan and got visa stamped and just landed immediately last week.

Yes after a long painfull wait and long journey finally this ordeal is over. I have landed in Toronto at a terrible winter time.

Time line is extremely terrible, applied in 2014 and got visa in 2019 almost more then 4 years of waiting.

It seems that I am the last applicant of FSWP-2014.

Most of those who applied with have already gotton Canadian Citizenship and Canadian Passports.

It seems that I am the last one to celeberate from FSWP 2014 forum, most have already quit to view this thread.

Wish to rest of those who are still remaining stuck in time with FSWP 2014, I wish all of you all the best.

Wow! I’ve been waiting for almost 2 years now. Why did your application take so long?

Hello Sir,

I submitted my paper-based inland spousal sponsorship application to sponsor my family in December 2018. My family is in Canada on a TRV. Around the same time, I also submitted my wife's and daughter's 'extension to stay' in Canada application online.

I got the AoR and application number for the sponsorship application at the end of January. I have also been able to link my paper application to my CIC account. The application is currently under process.

My family's 'extension to stay' application has also been approved for a year at the end of January. Now the thing is, CIC asked for a medical for the extension application, which we have done recently. In fact, it is so recent that the panel physician has not yet submitted the result of my wife's medical to CIC.

However, in the meantime, CIC is now asking a medical for the 'sponsorship application' as well. My question is do we have to do medical twice? How can I use the same medical result that has been done for the extension application (done very recently) for the sponsorship application?

It is noteworthy that the two medical requests contained different IME numbers. The request for the extension is marked 'non-EDE' and the request for the sponsorship is marked 'EDE'.

Dear Sir,

This is my cousin’s case,

She has completed her diploma in Electronics Engineering in a local university in Sri Lanka (2 years). Then she continued studies in the local university, with a degree (it is a 3 years degree) awarded by a university in UK which she got the first two years exempted and completed 1 year as her final year of the degree.

So she has the diploma certificate and transcript offered by the local university and degree certificate and transcript awarded by the UK university. all together she has studied for 3 years to obtain both the diploma and the degree. WES has evaluated, diploma in a local university as Diploma (2 years) from a non-recognized institution and degree awarded by the UK university as Bachelor’s Degree (4 years) from a recognized university separately.

In that case could you please advise whether she is eligible to claim score from “Two or more certificates, diplomas, or degrees”

Usually IRCC does not award points for education from unrecognized university. If you want to claim points for the diploma, try getting an ECA from another agency and see if they recognize the university that granted the diploma.
