WES does not evaluate Study from Punjab Technical University

I reopened my existing query raised for applying transcripts. They said to raise a fresh request.

No the university is open as I am able to talk to them on there toll free number, but the lady sitting there says that she cannot help with this and you need to directly call the concerned department for the same, But nobody is picking the phone in the department.

I did call the toll free number, the lady was very rude. All she had to say was that if you've not paid for documents to be sent abroad, they wont put in the portal, that is the rule.

I am considering paying the 3500 to get this over with.

Hi

Did anyone approached PTU for the verfication of mark sheets issue. I requested to verify them in my transcript request and after waiting for a week they asked me to raise another query under attestation of mark sheets option. It doesn't make any sense.

I am not sure what exactly is wrong with University administration ?

I checked this option by creating a new query, but it only allows to upload Detail Marks from 3rd to 8th semester and says its a 3 year program. I dont know how would even the attestation possible.

Do IQAS approve PTU academic certificates?

PTU website doesn't have option to upload IQAS form but it has mendatory field to upload WES form to get the transcripts. I am also unsure if I need to pay IQAS first or shall I get the transcripts from PTU and then send it to IQAS???
Kindly Suggest, I am really confused.

I am unaware as to which is the exact process and what options need to be selected on the PTU website.

Can anyone tell if someone has done BA and PG diploma IT from GNDU and lateral entry Msc IT and MCA from PTU, does he/She needs all the transcripts of all these documents? Or is it just the Masters degree and detailed cards of it of PTU?

I got my ECA from WES. My degree was found equivalent to Canadian Bachelor's Degree of 4 years.
My question is that my degree is from PTU( I. K. Gujral Punjab Technical University) and it was verified in the early 2018. Will it be still valid now after what is going on between PTU and WES? I am a little worried about it.

I've raised a new request and made the payment, but the query remains unprocessed due to some reason. The charge is 2300/-.

Can anyone help me with regards to my WES case as mentioned below

My Initial WES was finished and i applied to upgrade my report to Course by Course which unfortunately got cancelled due to PTU issue, Now the issued is resolved and i reapplied for same and got below response from WES, I am now totally confused that do i need to proceed something from my side for this action item number 2 or wes itself will do this with my university, Thanks in advance.

Hi there,

I selected Official Transcript and Degree Attestation For ECA by WES.

Initially it shows paid, but once you upload all the documents and click next, it will show you the payment page and amount to be paid.

Akshay...when did you raise the initial request with PTU for transcripts? I had raised it on December 25. Till now no response...

They reply within 1-1.5 weeks, after you make the payment. Try contacting them.
