More senior members can answer this. What I knew I wrote . But they cannot HOLD the files 4 ever!! Sooner or later INFO SHARING status will be changed to: "Complete - No Match". Already MATCHED RECORDS will display displays as = "0".

Oh right, I didn't say that clearly. I don't have enough liquid funds in my bank account, aside from the fact that I dont have the cash, I also have a car load under that bank account-- I submitted my bank statements, even if its not enough, I supplemented the document with my Employment Contract, its a salaried position, Full Time and Permanent.

I got my notes yesterday. in notes 1 it says Interview required by CPC Missiggauga and than file transfer email to NDVO.

In activity 4 it says Eligibility : Recommanded Passed
In Activity 3 it says Eligilibity: Review Required

In Application Status 2 it says :TFR-ELIGIBILITY at centralized intake office
In APplication Status 1 it says : IN Progress - SPR at cpc mississauge.

can somebody help me to understand this 3 lines properly. Thank you.

(ii) the enforcement of any law of Canada or a province, or
(iii) activities suspected of constituting threats to the security of Canada within the meaning of the Canadian Security Intelligence Service Act,
if the record came into existence less than twenty years prior to the request;

(b) information relating to investigative techniques or plans for specific lawful investigations;
(c) information the disclosure of which could reasonably be expected to be injurious to the enforcement of any law of Canada or a province or the conduct of lawful investigations, including, without restricting the generality of the foregoing, any such information
(i) relating to the existence or nature of a particular investigation,
(ii) that would reveal the identity of a confidential source of information, or
(iii) that was obtained or prepared in the course of an investigation.\

You don't have to worry about, IRCC does some check on us, if no criminal record there is no problem It is a part of CRIM check.

can anyone advise why my GCMS notes showing system error for info sharing

Info Sharing : system error

can this be the reason my criminality / security / eligibility not started and file is on hold ?

I would guess that the CIC computers have access to USA servers using an API (computer programs) and that system is supposed to return the value "NRT" (Non-Resultant or No Results or whatever that stands for but it's a POSITIVE thing) or it's supposed to say something like "Negative" where it means the person is on some list in USA.

However, I think the US system returned a value other than what was expected (one of the two scenarios above) and so the CIC computer program input it as not understanding the response and so it is "System Error". I think this is a programming glitch more than a criminality issue. And yes, this could be stopping the application, because it takes them 6 minutes for US to respond and seems like that 6 minutes is constant which probably means it's only a computer talking to a computer and no person is in charge. AND that is not good. Because this means no real person is assigned to it. There are people assigned to tasks on a file just before and after that process but not for this process. So, the file should move but because of this issue the next person may not get the file.

*Above is all speculation of course on my part.

Can you post all of the info sharing section for primary applicant and dependents so I can see if any other info bulges out? I will compare with other ATIP notes I have to see if I can conclude something. Remove only the names for privacy reasons but no other info.

Eagle333 please help if you can. As per your advice I am asking GCMS notes Qs here in this open forum, be4 I tried to ask in Private Msg. Here are few lines not in order but some doubts I have in BOLD below. I got email file is sent to NDVO but 2 weeks later just phoned she said file is still here and don't know when it will go! And she reminded me same 1 year total time. In the past also every agent has diff not matching answers. I saw most files moved to VOs get AOR2 in 1 or 2 weeks but not ours .:----
