So I forgot to mention that I asked the officer how long it might take to receive the ppr because my Visa it's expiring 24 of January he told me anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months and it depends on how much time it is left for the 19 months to came to the end so I am guessing that they will sent first ppr to June/July applicants and after to August /September..

So basically he said that the ppr will be send to people when the timeline reaches 19 months (current proces time)?

I just called and they said my Application was approved yesterday, but no update on CIC yet. Aug 14th 2017 application received.

My 19-month period is due today too.
It's like a randomly lucky draw for every applicant. Two of my friends respectively spent 24 months and 26 months before landing. It seems like there are still some ppl being forgotten by CIC at each processing stage. Nobody wants this happen but it does exist. Just wish us all the best and no more backlog regarding to our cases. (ps: both of them had never been requested any additional documents/copies, just wait... infinite loops continue...)

Why you don't call them and ask them because sometimes nothing will show up till the ppr request... may they can tell you something more ...
I already call them they said they are still checking my background check and wait a lil bit longer, I called two times
