I believe it will be mid january or even sooner, reason being that Canada post was on rotating strike so end of october to mid december, so there were days when no apps were received through canada post. Result quicker turn for us probably in a week or so

A Canada Post strike will cause people with completed applications to send them through a different carrier. I expect everything to run smooth and we may get our AORs in the 60-90 days window after they receive the app

but looking through spread sheet , turn around time looks very fast compare to august, july . i am worried as i wasted 3 months earlier due to file return and want to plan to go home country after this i dont have any delay in text or oath ceremony . planning vacation in december 2019 till jan 2019. what u think will everything will completed before november

Yupp fee did but ppl like me who did not realize how rotating strike works fell victim to it. As i sent this on day when they were working but the next day they went on strike so stuck in toronto for 4 days

I forgot to sign the back of my citizenship passport photograph. Does anyone think that will cause a delay?

do you mean Citizenship grant application or Canadian passport application ?it is so different .
for Citizenship grant application ,photograph requirements no need to sign back of it ,you need just write your name ,that's all
these are requirements from CIC website :
Requirements

• Provide two (2) identical citizenship photographs (except Renunciation applications, where only one (1) photo is required.)
• Your photographs must comply with the specifications below. If the photographs do not meet the specifications, you will have to provide new photographs before your application can be processed.
• Photographs must be printed on quality photographic paper.
• Provide the name of the photographer or the studio, the studio address and the date the photos were taken on the back of the photos
• Print the name of the person on the back of the photos.

so where say here that you have to sign on back of it ??

You are right ,this is what i thought ,he forgot to write his name on back of it,but i know many applicants who also forgot to write their names on photos and they received their AOR,this is the link where you can see that

Until now all November's applicants did not receive AOR,hopefully within 2 weeks we start receiving AOR
