how long does Review of Eligibility takes?

It varies from application to application. There are many variables. Can be anywhere from 2-10 months.

No, they did not find out about misrepresentation, they rejected my case on this reason(GCMS Report) that
Applicant intendes to study in an equal or lesser field then PA has already accomplished. I am not satisfied proposed studies offsets the cost of studying abroad rather than pursuing programs available in country. Ties would not be strong to home country in there would be incentives to remain in Canada given the economic and security situation there. Upon the complete review of the application previous education history, employment and reasonableness of undertaking the proposed studies in Canada, i am not satisfied that applicant is a genuine student who would deport Canada at the end of the period authorised. Application refused.
Please reply.

So you can apply now, but you will have to disclose the prior rejection and make sure that this application is complete.

It looks good.
So no changes required...? Thanks such a big relief. So will be filling up exactly this in due course. Many thanks!

In coming days will share with you as well draft of personal history as well, for your valuable review.
Warm Regards

@legalfalcon Please help me understand this note (btw I got my first GCMS notes thru getgcms last week and I am happy with the quick service provided by the team):
Date: 30.10: "Recommendation: Recommend Pass MI3 Summary notes: CIO Recommends review required - pending outstanding PC. Provided: NRT. A11.2: Appears met FSW points: 81 ready to Finalize RPRF: Complete"
To make it a bit clearer, during my medical passed time (3 August), I received an ADR for a PCC and I submitted it on 5 August + another PCC was sent by its issuing country with IRCC on 23 August. Does this review note mean they are happy with my PCCs?

Yes, the review required was for the outstanding PCC, and after being submitted it was NRT (no reportable trace), i.e. no concerns.
So your application is ready to be finalised pending security which will start after the eligibility is finalised.

Thanks for responding.
No I have never been to US.
However I applied for a US business visa a couple of months ago. After the interview they asked me for additional documents and since my expected travel date was only 5 days later, I couldn't have submitted additional documents and received my visa in time, I withdrew my application.
Do you think this might have something to do with it ?

The note pertains to getting info from US, which IRCC does on many occasions.

Hi @legalfalcon, I have compiled my personal history which also accordingly covers durations mentioned in educational history and work history sections. As you advised it's in choronological order and with no gaps perhaps.

I would really appreciate if you please review my personal history below and see if it's OK, as there is work activity overlapping with education. Also upper row's FROM month should be same/preceeding as of lower row's TO first-last month? I'm not sure if It contains any gaps or accurate:
  • 2018-02 Ongoing Employment
    2018-01 2018-02 Unemployed
    2015-05 2018-01 Employment
    2012-12 2015-11 Educational Activity
    2012-06 2012-12 Employment
    2010-03 2012-05 Employment
    2008-11 2011-04 Educational Activity
    2008-03 2008-10 Unemployed
One more thing, last row FROM date should be from 2008-03 or prior (last 10 years from date of ITA or what?) I am not sure about 2008-03 date.
Please review and advise any changes, thanking you in anticipation!
Warm Regards!

Anyone from Nigeria who got PPR and directed to send passport to india/ Nepal? what did you do? how long did it take to get the corrected letter or let me say a new letter. Pls Reply ASAP
Thanks. Got New PPR mail already. Thanks everyone most especially @legalfalcon

I received ITA on one application but somehow was not able to submit some document so I declined it. And then I got ITA again and submitted all my docs and my application. But when I see the transmitted application it still shows the old information and I changed that information while submitting. Making sure it won't impact the score for which I received ITA. Like in work experience I submitted for 3 positions I held but in transmitted it is showing only two, where as when I go and check the documents I submitted it shows 3 positions for which I submitted docs. What could be the issue?

First off there is no harm to provide additional information if you are uncertain when the 10 year time frame starts. The list is fine, but the end date should overlap or be the starting date of the next activity, so it should form a Z, so that there is no confusion. This is what I prefer, and you can do it too.

The 10 year time frame is from the date you file your application.

Seems like a technical issue. You can send a query to the IRCC technical team to look into it/

Many thanks, clear now..i will form Z by keeping same the last date of previous activity and start date of next activity.
About start date, i will change 10 years backward accordingly when will file the application ....file application date means when i entered in EE pool or AOR (i.e. once i receive ITA and in 60 days time)...thanks
