I might be wrong, but I think it won't be an issue, provided you explained your situation in LoE.
You can submit the PCC via raising a CSE and at the same time as stated above, please call the IRCC agent once you have raised a CSE so as to confirm that they have received the additional document provided by you.
Thanks for the reply, Just got an email saying that they have forwarded the new document to the responsible office for their consideration

Hi,

I just realized that my wife's diploma, for which I am not claiming any points, was uploaded with just the translation. I forgot to add the original diploma to the translation. Can I use the CSE to update a document that is in an incorrect format?

Yes you can but as I mentioned earlier make sure you call them as well and email your local CIC office as well....

This is the information on IRCC website:
Telephone: 1-888-242-2100 (in Canada only)

I reside outside Canada, how can I call them?
Dial +1 613 944 4000 and keep trying as you might not be lucky enough to get through 1st time....They are always super busy

If you've raised a CSE and got an acknowledgement for it then is there any point in calling them?

true but there are two different acknowledgments - an automated one you receive right away and a proper one...there is always a delay in getting the proper reply....
There has been cases where the immigration office rejected the application as the document wasn't uploaded to file in time...I believe CSE team's processing time is 10 days at this stage....they are doing it much quicker but still you never know...

Well, I had two problems, the first one was regarding PCC which I got a response from them within two days saying that they have sent my documents to the responsible office.

My second issue was regarding missing originals in my translated document, which I was wondering if I could fix with CSE.

It’s better that you a raise a CSE for the same as well.
