Here's what you have to do:

1. Take a deep breath and try to relax
2. Strategise and plan accordingly
3. Order caips note to know the exact reason for refusal.
4. Address the refusal issues based from caips notes
5. Apply again. Do not fall into the trap of hastily applying again. Do not rush things

You will get approved next time, stay positive
U mean ...i would defer for the next sem?

will i get visa?as i applied for International Business program Jan 2019 and passed out 12th in 2017 with Biology?As my consultant said that there will not be any prblem as biology student can do business programs.Is it safe for the visa processing?

Risk is always there ..ideal thing is to wait for CAIPS address all the issues and then apply but if you are willing to take risk then last week of November will be fine ..you will find lot of people who would apply in December.
Actually CAIPS NOTES is nothing ......u should put ur file onle with a strong SOP and self declaration affidavit to prove the VO that ur intension ,u submitted all documents which are not fraudulent,, the course is relevent as ur previous study

I applied for study permit in june 2018 but until now i haven’t received yet any message from visa high comission my status on the decision final is: your application is in progress what can i do ? Is there Anybody has the same case as me?
