I hve checked it i also recieved a same offer letter from sheridan. Jst fill 7 january 2019 in starting date nd december 2020 in the ending date nd leave the date column empty in the ending one

It takes upto 15 days to get passport after refusal

We need to send our passport along with the application if submitting offline , thats how I did

Final decision Your application was approved. You need to send us your valid passport to finalize your application.
