Hi since i stayed in UAE for an year i submiited a copy of UAE PCc obtained from Dubai Police website by paying AED 320 and submitting my expired emirates ID. I got the PCC in one day through email and that is what my husband and I have uploaded. Would like to know if this pcc is valid for express entry as the CIC website mentions sending the attested finger prints to UAE for the PCC - for candidates staying outside.
I have already had given my finger prints etc while applying for emirates id.
Has anyone with PCC from Dubai police (soft copy) with similar case received PCC or didn’t face any issues
I submitted the same PCC. I got it from the Dubai police website since i had my old emirates ID.

still waiting for PPR. Hopefully they accept it!

I just had a conversation with one of CIC agents over phone. I asked her about the status of my eligibility, criminality check and security check:
Eligibility: Recommended Pass - Not Finalized
Criminality: In process
Security: Not started
I am expecting my GCMS notes sometime today or early next week. I will share any interesting points I possibly find in it.
Good to know your Eligibility is Recommended Pass. GCMS Notes will give you more detailed info about the verifications done.
Most of us (July CEC Inland candidates) are at same status.
Seems, both, Criminality and Security is taking time. Maybe they have transferred this responsibility to another Internal department due to heavy workload, hence taking some time.
Patiently waiting now.

I was analyzing the data from immitracker for July AOR dates and specifically CEC candidates
Total 90 CEC applicants.
Only 20 applicants received PPR so far.
Last PPR date is Oct 29th which is like almost 3 weeks :(

PCC is the same. Since your Emirates ID had captured the fingerprints so you don’t require to provide them again.

That's not your only option. Waiting for them to request AD defeats the purpose of proactively seeking out the reasons for the delay in your eligibility checks by ordering GCMS notes.
Please read my response to the person above this comment.
yeah!! i know about this option. i was thinking to go for it but then i thought i should wait for cic to request a document. I am going for it now. Thank you
