My agent told me about a student who applied on 21st September received his visa on Friday so we might be close.

I also emailed the Consulate General in Chandigarh about my application no. on 1st Nov. no reply from them either.

well, it is happening with everyone whose file is in chandigarh embassy. it is taking approx 60 day.. wait till 60th day.. and it is also good to send webform after 45 days
