any body who appeared from bengalore got the results from BC...

My wife called BC earlier today. She was told by BC customer care agent that there was some technical error with Bangalore IN001 centre. And, a lot of answer sheets have supposedly gone for remarking. We will get an email later today regarding the witholding of results due to quality control process. Results for Bangalore as per the customer care will now be published on the 14th. Chill out. Nothing to worry about.

So what are they saying is the reason for the delay?

they even don't know the reason and saying you will find it online depends on test center i took the exam..

Wrote the exam from Bangalore on Oct 27. Cannot get results online or through SMS. Called customer care, they have no idea what is going on.

They are saying it may be because of some technical issue or quality control process. They said I'll get a mail before 14th Nov about the status of the result (When I will get the result or what is going on). No guaranteed date for result

Anyway I need CLB10 and my speaking was extremely poor. Will not get the result I want. Need to write again. Don't feel like booking another slot before the result.

Got the same email. I have heard about this quality control nonsense in this forum. Does anyone know how long it will take to get the result ?

Listening : 9
Reading : 9
Speaking : 8.5
Writing : 8

I scored max...2nd attempt happy

Is this applicable for the entire bangalore centre IN001? I called up the customer care and they said that a few results have been withheld as part of routine quality control.

Not sure. The agent did say that she has been receiving calls from Bangalore all day.
I believe that due to additional holidays (1,6,8) at BC Bangalore after Oct 27, they might not have been able to meet their SLA of 13 days. And, the excuse is quality control. I don't think there was any mismanagement or incident during LRW or S exam here. It went nice and smooth. Moreover, they do this so often, it is difficult to mess it up.

Anyways, there is no point speculating, we have to wait for their next communication.

The only thing we can do is to wait patiently. Please don't be so disappointed, rather you should be happy after reading the post. This looks like a genuine issue as almost everyone from that center is affected. If it had been just a few, then it could have been a serious iissue.Practically theycannot withheld or cancel the results for the entire center. No. But then i know only people from bangalore in this particular forum who have not got their results. When there were close to 155 of us who appeared and just 5-6 of us here saying we have not received doesnt really mean 'nobody' from bangalore has got their results, unless someone can officially confirm this

Have heard that 7778 is a mandate to apply immigration. Dejected

Got screwed by writing. Was honestly expecting better in that too.

Give a try for re-check ..

I was checking online about re-check.
And one of the article said, if there's a 2 band difference between any 2 skills (say Listening 8.5, Writing 6), then they automatically re-check your answers before finalizing the result so paying money to have another re-check would probably not change anything.

I really dont understand why this 2 band difference is such a big deal actually coz my husband who took his exams with me on 29th sep got 9 in one and 7 in another.
