hey..My AOR is 15 may. Bc has nt started yet. What should i do? do u hv any updates?
The wait can be difficult but have you ordered GCMS notes or expecting it? If you haven't I would suggest you do so as it would give you an idea on what is going on with regards to your file. Also relax and continue to remain positive

I have been looking at this forum for a while now. Updating my details which might help other applicants. (already updated MyImmiTracker)

Stream: CEC
Nationality: India
Country of Residence: Canada
AOR: 19 May 2018
Medical Passed: 30 May 2018
IP2: 30 May 2018 (No updates after this stage)
PPR: 3 October 2018 (10:31 PM EST) - No updates/changes on my online account and I know this is normal.

Notes:
- I did not contact CIC regarding the status of my application as it was still under the average processing time - 6 months.
- I would advise all the fellow applicants to follow the same. I believe one should only panic and contact CIC if the processing time has exceeded 6 months or there are other complications/changes in your application. Other applicants might need to get in touch with CIC more than you do and we all know the frustration when you are not able to reach them.
- Good Luck and have patience :)
Congratulations!!
Just because others around our timeline receive PPR doesn't mean we have to panic.. As you rightly said, calling them after reaching 6 month mark sounds sensible. Guess I'll do the same.. Have a great life ahead!!

Calling may not be of much use. But there is no one size fits all solution here. Ordering gcms notes is still prudent in my opinion. There are hundreds of cases on this forum where people got to know of issues in their files after ordering gcms notes. And I disagree with some who say you should take action when you haven’t received anything for six months. If you wait till then it’s already late. I think anyone who has not received anything after 90 days should order gcms notes just to be sure.

Thanks for confirming.
After a long wait, with God's blessing, I have finally received PPR email today.
Below are my details and timeline for everyone's reference:
VO: New Delhi
Country: India
PNP-O Ontario
dependents: 1
NOC: 2173
AOR: 13TH JUNE
MEP/IP1: 27TH JUNE
IP2: 2ND OCT
PPR: 4TH OCT

For the guys still waiting, I know the wait is excruciating, but have faith because sooner or later we all will reach our destination. Be Positive
Hi Buddy,
Congrats. Your PPR gives me hope and makes me wonder too :)
My VO is New Delhi and I am in PNP-O Ontario as well. However, my AOR is 31st May - don't know where my file is stuck at. Also, if you don't mind can you please share which email ID did you get the mail from ?

Agreed. But at least if eligibility is met and rest all not started, I think we are going to see the same thing in gcms notes too...

CIC directly sends an update/message to the applicant in case they have any issues or need more documents.

1. Your lawyer is right on one point. There is no point in comparing your timeline to others. Simply because they do not follow a FIFO model of processing applications.
2. To other point yes you can order GCMS notes especially because you are in Canada. Google GCMS notes. You should be able to figure out how to order them.
3. You can call CIC yourself if you have your application details.

I think if you will order your notes then, at least you will see what officers have to say about your file, i dont think call center will provide you information in such a depth:)

Worried is fine and understandable. You can keep worrying. But no need to be negative yet. Order the notes first. If there is anything which is worrisome then you can be negative too. Right now too early to be negative. Won’t give you be positive speech. But at least be neutral. Being negative won’t help.
