Visa for September 2018 intake!!!

Oh okay, I've a doubt
I applied on 2nd August.
But got an acknowledgement letter on 16th August. And I linked my application online on the same day.
So in my account it shows:
Received date: 2nd August
Submission date: 16 August
UCI: xxxxxxxxxx
Etc..
So, which date they'll consider and process my application? 2nd August or 16 August?
Thank God!
But what's taking so much of time for them to update?
It's been 3 weeks and medical isn't been changed yet
Waiting for the same dude
Classes starts from 4th September, so am worried
Offline at Bangalore VFS
No GIC
I haven't paid 1st Sem fees
But have shown up to 35L, father's ITR, pay slips etc..

Here’s my approval story, might help some of y’all..
I applied under SPP on July 26th (offline Bangalore VFS)
Received my acknowledgement letter on 23rd August and only then I linked my application online.
Medical passed and reviewing eligibility..
On August 24th I didn’t get any mail but when I checked the online account it said “application updated” and the final decision said “application was approved”
Today August 25th, I received an approval mail and correspondence letter from CIC
Good luck to everyone waiting. I’m sure y’all will get your visas soon!
