Hey guys

I need your help here as i am confused

My Noc is 1311

Employment requirements for my code is

Completion of secondary school is required.
Completion of a college program in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field
or
Completion of two years (first level) of a recognized professional accounting program (e.g., Chartered Accounting, Certified General Accounting)
or
Courses in accounting or bookkeeping combined with several years of experience as a financial or accounting clerk are required.

My question is that my bachelor of Commerce degree is from distance education 2013-2016, can i claim full time work experience for this?
I completed my secondary school in 2007 , is it when i was qualified for my noc or was it in 2016

I am not able to understand the minimim qualification requirement for my noc code.

as long as you can get a reference letter from your employer to prove the job duties among other things IRCC wishes to see, the minimum requirements for the NOC does not matter.
as for when you were qualified to work under the NOC should be your graduation date.

i'd say 2016 because under the first combination they've explained it says secondary school and a college program which is not true in your case as of 2007.

But they have mentioned completion of secondary school is required and in India i did 11 and 12 in commerce which had accounting subjects

above is what you pasted for your NOC. if you're trying to claim you were qualified to work in this profession as per above, it includes completion of secondary school + completion of a college program. but as of 2007 you only completed secondary school. So I dont think you can claim you were qualified to work in this NOC as of 2007. @hope2018 could you confirm ?

As @viki1805 said it's grouped together, should be 2016.

Logically speaking also very few professions one can claim to have been qualified to work with just completion of secondary school.

Hey guys thank you so much.
Last query, my work experience started from march 2015 and graduation date was june 2016 and i put when i was qualified to work for this job as june 2016 and yet it gave me points prior to my graduation. Does that mean my work experience was accepted even while i wasn't finished with my bachelor's degree.
My bachelor's degree is in distance mode.

Cant say for sure, but it depends on the visa officer evaluating your profile. he/she may or may not consider the period till you graduated as part of your experience. So I'd suggest you evaluate an "if scenario" of what your score may be if they don't consider that time period as part of your work experience just to be safe.

So why is the express entry profile giving me the point even though i have mentioned my graduation date as the date when i was qualified to carry out the work.
I am so confused man.

you could claim whatever you wanted on the express entry profile. there is no scrutiny of your application at this point of time. your application is only evaluated upon submitting after receiving an ITA.

No i am not claiming it. Before i put as when i was qualified to carry out this work as 2007 and it gave me the same number of points.
Hence i am confused because now i corrected my profile and put when i was qualified for this work as 2016 and it still shows the same.

As far as work experience is concerned i cannot change that as i was working as a book keeper before my graduation so that would be misrepresentation from my part and my employer can also confirm that

I understand. what i meant was no one is evaluating your EE profile submission so it accepts whatever you fill in it or in other words claim through the application. the actual scrutiny is only after ITA and application submission.

So the reason you dont see change in the points regardless of when you were qualified is because you're getting the points for the work experience completely but I cant tell you whether or not the visa officer is going to accept the time you worked in this job before you were actually qualified. this may or may not be accepted when they evaluate your application. which is why I was suggesting that you look into what your CRS would be if you only calculated your experience from since the day you were qualified. it is just to see how your CRS varies.

With 2 years work experience after my graduation points comes down to 438
Whereas for the work experience from early 2015 till now the points shoot up to 462
