cic updates their system every Sunday or Tuesday. This tuesday their is a maintenance thats going to happen and often after the maintenance people do get their permits or a response from cic. Thats what happens in normal base.

I applied online on June 15th for sept intake, still waiting. Probably will have to cancel tickets and defer to the next intake ..

I checked. Nothing has been updated. My medicals were updated on 17th July .I applied on 11th June .

Medical passed on 6th Aug, review of eligibility started on 8th August ,no update after that. Delhi embassy. Online application.
