I got two PCC in India, because it i lived in different places in India and PCC was valid for specific region. May be similar situation with others.

If biweekly draws are to be expected, then it could touch 440 in first draw of August. But remember that the last time it bottomed out to 440, the tie-breaker was December 30, 2017. This essentially means that everyone who created their profile this year and are at 440, are waiting.

So, it needs to be 440, and, multiple times so, before the entire 440 bloc can be cleared.
The 441 story should be different because May 23's 440 should have slurped them all.

Hence, for 440ers, 441ers are not a substantial hurdle, but for 439ers, 440ers are a big pain.

I m a graduate, working from past 2yrs 2 months. I aim to apply for EE aftr 3 years of work experience.

I've got a job offer from Indian government for a Chief minister fellowship program in which I will work for the government projects temporarily for 11 months.
It will be full time work n will be paid through stipend.

I wanted to knw if this will get counted in total work experience to complete my 3 years. I haveto reply to offer in next 24 hours. Please help.

Is this coming under the same NOC ?

You need to have work ex of at least 3 years under your primary NOC to be eligible for EE

Ok but you have at least 1 Year of experience in your Primary NOC right ?
If thats true go for the fellowship you want

Keep these in mind:
1. It should be a paid full time fellowship (40+ hours a week)
2. You should be able to get a Letter of Reference, Pay Slips and Bank deposits for this

If you feel you can get these stuff if you get ITA, go for the fellowship

Do you need two PCC? I only have PCC from my native city where I spent 18 years of my life and have the passport from. I studied for four years in a different city ad then worked for 1 year in different city. Does that mean I need two more PCC?
