I got ITA in March. I took my sweet time before submitting the application in April.
Goodluck with your application!
oh, my bad i read your '8 draws ago' as 8 days and got worried your application did not go as planned the first time. We are also dragging it out 2+ months from ITA to application. however, we just finished with everything this Saturday. Intl pcc`s took very long to obtain. It really will be a problem now with a 60 day deadline.
I am too checking on these posts, mostly out of being afraid something will be missed in our first application and we may need to hand in another one later on, so keeping a check on the CRS cutoff trend.

Yup, and that's just for the last six draws. When I have time I'll go back in threads and collect data for the last year or something :)
Divert your mind and do some other stuff rather than going back 1 year lol. That would be real waste of time. Draw would happen whenever it will.

Anybody knows if I need to get proof of finance before or after ITA invitation?

Only around the time your submitting your application(e-APR) get the PoF letter from the bank...
e.g. you get the ITA today and you are submitting your application after 60days, my suggestion is get the letter around close to this submission date.

Mate!
You are from the other side of the solar system . You talk sense and I am thrilled to hear it. This makes me believe you are either self enlightened to the tune of pinnacle of humanity or are simply high :D

Who said so ? I am 40 and I am 437. I agree about the age points dropping after a birthday is harsh, but at least you still have a chance till 45
That's interesting to know your age and CRS. Do you have any Canadian Education/experience, a PhD or a sibling as Canadian citizen/PR? Otherwise that CRS is not achievable at that age!
