I didn’t get any message I checked my CIC account and it stated that Application is approved. The next day I got the approval letter from them and 3 days after I got my passport on 30th June.

a query everyone.... is it true dat if ur study permit is rejected it comes quite early n not delayed... like in a month if supposed to be rejected....
my hubbys application is under reviewing eligibility and medical pass for around 25 days now.... does dat mean it has high chamces of approval... anyone any idea

i got refused after waiting for eight weeks. so, i think that's not true.

I received the rejection on June 30 saying that my proposed studies are unreasonable. It took them 8 weeks to change the status to "We are reviewing.." and the next day I received a rejection. I reapplied and it is now 3 weeks the application is in "We are reviewing whether you meet..." stage. So, I am not sure if this status change is of any significance.

hope its a positive sign..... its almost 25 days our application under review n medical pass.... so dont know when to expect response

Hi yes tbh I think it’s true that if you don’t hear anything from the visa office even after 2-3 weeks, there is a high chance of approval. A friend of mine applied for his visa by himself for the January intake. He got the refusal letter in a week saying his studies are not right. ln reality, He didn’t provide any proper document like GIC etc and didn’t do IELTS as well. So yeah, if it’s been that long and your application is under review, There is a very high chance of approval. Well wishes!!! hopefully you and your hubby get your visa soon.

Guys I have applied online 27 April under spp still only medical has cleared and review of eligibility started on 11 may till date no update. It's been 56 days and I am terribly worried everyday is becoming more stressful not able to concentrate on any other work

I submitted 1 may now its 9 weeks i check on cic account visa refused but they not dispatched my passport even i email them 5-6 times but nothing progress
