I am @ 428, age 36 with Masters although evaluated as 2 degree so loosing 7 points + CLB9, spouse adding 22 points for ECA as Masters n Ielts...

Waiting for NOI from OINP along with 27,000 people (400+ CRS) in the pool, quota probably left is 2k as site not updated from last 2 months

Lucky for you as your combined application has 428 points.
I applied alone with IELTS and bachelors degree. So I guess the one ITA I got was the only ITA I would ever receive. Unless I do masters or get married.

Hi everyone,

Does anyone have any information about new Alberta's EE stream. How it works and what candidates have more chances to get invited.

Thank you in advance

Once you fill up the application the system will guide you on the number of month/yr your work experience qualifies you for.

If you do not have bank statement do you have any pay stub or any end of service benefits letter? Alternately do you have a copy of you offer letter, that may help as well to an extent...

I have to first assess my total CRS. If I use CRS tool to calculate score, should I go for 3 years work experience or 1/2 years as it drastically changes my score from 1/2 years to 3 years.

Regarding Bank statement, the experience letter clearly mentions the salary paid per month and no pay slip.

I shall be grateful to clarify for above points.

Thanks

Hello, even I am having a similar issue.
I used to work with my cutrent employer on full time basis but in shifts..Later after 2 years I switched to another part time job but continued working with current employer on part time basis that way I have 3 full years of experience..I was paid by cash all these years and also I am exempted from paying taxes therefore I don't have any proof like IT returns etc though my employer has mentioned everything required by CEC on the experience letter. He has also mentioned in the letter that they can contact him for any enquiries.Would that be enough?

I don’t see the issue in that as long as these individual jobs which you mentioned were continuous

Not really. 1 year of any post secondary studies would unlock you additional points for 2 diplomas and would give you access to the missing 25 points in the transferability.
So with that calculation and with the aim to get to CBL 10 (+4 points for each CBL 10 against CBL 90), You would have been able to increase by 30 + points in 1 year despite the aging factor.
So As you could see you would still have had potential.

Hello everyone.

Requesting views / inputs :

1. My brother got nominated by Ontario last week (just accepted the nomination) and will receive ITA in next draw.
2. He also had received an excellent job offer (here in India) and has resigned from his current organisation to accept the new offer.
3. He has already taken the reference letter from his current company and was submitted for OINP.

Now, by the time he will receive ITA, he will be on notice period and will be relieved after that. Obviously he will have to update EE profile on the changes, but that would be post ITA.

Does anyone foresee any issues that might happen on updating EE post ITA?

Also, there is a faint chance that he will get a reference letter from the new organisation - but I think that can be taken care of in the LOE backed by the offer / appointment letters, salary slips, etc. Can this affect the subsequent process in anyway??

Appreciate any valuable inputs/ related links.

Thanks in advance.

Dear thanks for some clarity. But my issue is that I have 2 job experience in 2 different companies in same NOC. In one co. continues for 19 months, then after 2 years gap, has job in other co. for 17 continues months. So can I consider it a total 36 months, or 3 years period job. Also in one job no pay slip or bank statement, but salary is mentioned in experience letter, will it be enough for proof. Pl help to clarify.

Imho the work duration you quoted is fine as each of the roles are continuous...

But can you check if you have the offer letter/joining letter/work contract for these roles ??

You declined the NOI bcos you got ITA. Then how come you are still in the pool? Did you decline your ITA as well?
No it expired..documents were incomplete..made new EE profile when the first one expired along with ITA.

Co
Yes it's blessings like this that make me grateful every day for getting through with a score of 418 at the age of 40.
I am aware it was pure luck and timing (totally unexpected).
God's blessings.
Now I try to give back to society by helping others where I can, whether here by posting articles, answering queries or at my workplace.

Congratulations !!

If he starts with new job post ITA then he is not expected to provide reference letters for new job. As points get locked with ITA, so don't worry about it.

I was expecting it again in detail :D..

I think it's time you add that in your signature or create a link of previous post so no more typing again n again :p
