My file never transferred anywhere.
May be seniors can answer this question or may be try calling CIC.

Hi, how do you know where your file is at? you all guys talk about files being transferred to a different visa office or staying in the same one however how do you got this info? can you share please?

Just got CPCO.
two days ago I logined my account, I see the application profile update.
click on that. Nothing => status back to submited
waiting for two days, I got the golden email. PPR. Now waiting for Final decicion
Hell yeah.
Timeline: Feb 21 2017
Medical request Mar 1
Medical Pass: Mar 11

I checked my CIC account this morning, and my PR paper-based status changed to something but I couldn't remember what it was about something / and update... I was too excited to pay attention to it, and then I clicked into it which has nothing. When I clicked back to the previous page, the status shows back to "Submitted" again.

Is that the ghost change/update?
