Ray of Hope - 94th Draw

Is it alright to get a letter from the bank a month before your submission with all the details like average 6 months balance, current balance etc and then provide the most recent bank statements.
 
The site states of having 12475 cad in account.Is it fine if we show the exact amount of funds in account or we have to add more

It is always better to have some extra amount in the account so that it doesn't seem like you are JUST meeting the cut off. Moreover, there can be some exchange rate charges while wiring your money from your home currency to CAD, this may also result in some fluctuation. Keep 1-2k extra in your account to be on safer side.

I have mentioned exact amount in the Profile do I need to update that?

It is alright and best approach. If you are travelling in say Jul then get your Jan-Jun bank balance on Bank's letter head. Also get your Jan-Jun statements stamped and signed from the bank. While travelling, you can carry the current bank statement to be on safer side.

BTW, what I have heard from many candidates who landed, unless officials have some solid reason, they hardly check the bank or financial details at the time of landing.

If you haven't received ITA then it is safe to edit the profile. It will take 24 hours for your profile to reflect any changes you make. So if you have any other changes that you want to make, do them on one go to avoid repetitive editing of the profile and 24 hrs waiting to reflect those changes.

No. They won't listen.

If you get ITA in Jul, you can delay submission of your application for 60 days..which means you can submit your forms by Sep'18.
If you get your medical in Sep then after all the processing, you will be given time on your visa till Aug 2019. Best case scenario Sep 2019.
If you are confident that you will get good IELTS then get CLB 9 or more and see your score. If your score is 440 or more then there is no prob in waiting couple of months and then entering the EE pool.
I would not advise entering the pool, then getting ITA and then not going to Canada.

I got NOI on my 419 last year from ON. Luckily the score went 413 so I got the federal ITA as well.
Why do you think you will not get NOI from ON?
ON generally sends NOI to all eligible candidates having score 400 or more.
 
There's a tourist visa for Mozambique stamped on my passport which was valid for two months, will a PCC be required to show for this?

You can ask for extension but it depends on CIC whether to approve it or not. If they don't approve the extension you have to redo the whole PR process if you don't land before your visa expires. Also, you could travel to Canada before your visa expires and complete the formalities and catch the next flight back home. To avoid all these hassles and uncertainties, you could just wait till end of the year or beginning of next year and then create your express entry profile.

This is not a thread for the draw which has already happened. Its a ray of hope thread for the next draw. There is no hope for something that has happened in the past. Also, this is a CV forum tradition :)
