yes outside canada they will send case processing centre nova Scotia and inside canada in Mississauga case processing centre

Hey do you know when this was updated? Because in the past the instructions in the Complete Guide IMM5289 mentioned to submit the applications outside Canada to CPC Mississauga and now it says Nova Scotia. I know somebody who submitted an application on June 11th to the Mississauga location so I’m worried that they’ll send the application back.

Sorry I meant the application was submitted on June 8* and according to website, the IMM5289 website was updated on June 8 as well so I’m wondering if the address changed the same day? Would they send back the application to us and just forward it the NS address? Now I’m worried about what we should do

Yes its under spousal sponsorship guideline. Not sure if its a recent change

I read that it does say
But i would rather suggest, a week delay is better than dekaying for 1.5 months so get it handwritten on you all.

Hello everyone my husband is in canada nd my file is in delhi if my hubby applied for visitor visa what the chances for visa cuz i have long time to wait for supouse visa if i get the vistor visa then go to canada if i get decession made on my supouse visa do i have to came back to india ?

Visitor visa chances are very less, unless you kids backhome or strong tirs to country. If you get visitor u have to come back if there is an interview, but not if u get DM directly.

check today also after 2 hour because mostly they update in the evening time ....hopefully your passport will be dispatched today or tomorrow ...i will pray for you ..i know it is very stressful time untill we dont get passport back

I just wanted say thank you so much for all your support from this amazing process it was a long journey but finally made it ......
Application received: 26 April 2017( almost 14 months to long)

they hold my file becuse i went india to meet my husband for 2 months , they said PR applicant only went during file processing in canada for 2 weeks maximum, and i went there for 2 months, then i did MP enquire then i know that they hold my file...then my MP and lawyer gave explanation that she is just went there to visit and spend time with husband and family...then finally they approved my file

pre arrival : 15 March 2018
DM (ecas) : 25 May 2018

PPR: 4 June

Dropped passport at VFS: 5 June

NVDO received passport: 6 June

"dispatched" on VFS tracking : 18 June

Passport picked up from VFS : 21 June
