I tend to agree. Some ppl are not research type or just lazy or they are the seeking help type.

Eg men don't like to ask for directions...sound familiar?

There are always ppl sitting in threads who would help a noob or lazy person so ppl who don't like to spoon feed can skip to the next feed and ignore the newbies...we were all newbies once...

BTW I get very very frustrated to see newbies questions which they could easily find out answers to by a simple search...but I guess it's not going to stop ever so we have to deal with it.
Yes, I simply ignore a comment if I don't know the answer, or I don't feel like answering it. When someone sends me a direct msg, I don't ignore it. Not everyone is lazy. I love reading, and I read for almost a year about the whole EE process before and after receiving ITA. I thought I knew everything that I should know in order to submit my application, but I was wrong. There is always someone who is well ahead of you when it comes to knowledge.
Sometimes, you waste your precious time reading irrelevant information. Asking a question saves you time, and leads you to the right path. Nothing can beat the human input. Although I strongly believe that God helps those who help themselves, but helping others is also a form of charity. Usually people only ask just a few questions and then figure out the rest on their own. Answering 3-4 basic questions when I am free, won't cost me anything.

Has anyone noticed the alarming influx of newcomers with 450+ between 24th May and 8th June? Around 4000 had 441+ on 8th June. Disappointing for us, to say the least. Let's say if there were around 5250 candidates above 441 on 13th June, and 3750 got ITA, 1500 still remained in the pool after the draw :( Even a bi-weekly draw of 3750 ITAs will fail to bring ithe cut-off down if high-scorers kept entering the pool at this rate. I really hope this was just the IELTS effect that we have been discussing.

My score is 437, I applied on 11th April 2018. Considering the high cutoff CRS score and the tie-break rule, I am skeptical if I will get the ITA before Sep 2018 (Sep is when I loose points owing to age increase from 32 to 33).

1. Which all are the provinces left for which we can apply for the PNP? I don't know French.
2. Considering the trend, is the CRS cutoff likely to go down to 437? Any speculations, by when?
3. The last draw had tie-break rule of July 21st 2017. How come it went back by 6+ months, I couldn't understand considering the draw before this had 30th Dec 2017?

Can anyone please guide me. I am growing anxious if I will be making it to the ITA or not?

Sorry but you will not get an ITA in my opinion. The only chance for you is to increase your score or PNP

I have the same story :( Now at 437 points..
@shasha2, don't be sad, at least you are there, our IELTS is booked for 07th July, we are studying so hard! I pray it pays off and we will be somewhere close to you.

You said it..Bang on!!! That is what a Ray of hope should be like..# cheers for you for writing that..I myself is at 431 and trying to up my score to 440 by getting clb10..Yes we are all disappointed by the increse but is not the end of the world..Everyone has invested their time and money for this dream..Minor hiccups are bound to happen....As you send everyone want their ITA's as soon as possible...I am hopeful the last draw as there is an increase in ITA's..It will surely go down...Keep the hopes higher and do whatever you can to improve your score..
Thank you @Sree1982. All these struggles will help us appreciate ITA even more when we get it, we will remember what it took us to get there and that giving up is not an option.

Sorry dear, this ray of hope thread is becoming a thread of grumpy losers these day, thanks to high CRS cut-off in recent draws. All of us have different ways of venting our stress.
I think it's absolutely fine to ask any question on an active thread. Questioning is one of the best form of research. I researched and researched for months, without asking a question on this forum, and that cost me my ITA. It would have been better had I asked questions regarding every document that I needed to upload. There are still many polite experts on this forum, who guide you through the whole PR process. My bad, I didn't know them a few months ago.
I often receive direct msgs by newcomers after they are trolled or see others get bashed for asking so-called stupid comments. We have been there once. Each one of us was a beginner once. I don't see the point of not guiding newcomers. The least we can do is, to redirect them politely to a relevant thread without pointing out their lack of research.
Thank you for your reply. Glad to see some positivity.

Let us look at the statistics- when the draw took place on March 14 i.e after 21 days approx the score increased to 456 hence increase by 14 points. This points further dropped by 10 in the next draw and a drop of 1 or 2 points was seen in the following draws until June 13 again after 21 days the points increased to 451. A total of 35250 itas has been issued. Canada is targeting approximately 80-81k applicants so that comes to approx 45k ita which is still to be issued. The candidates in 431-440 are 7800 approx and above 440 approx 2500. so I believe that the score would definitely drop in the coming draws. I hope it falls down to 430s at least.

Are you over looking the possibility of high scoring candidates entering the pool, Pnp, break in draws resulting in more people entering the pool etc. The best most of us in the sub 440 can do is seek ways to improve our scores rather than sit and hope and maybe keep waiting on predictions over data we have NO control over.
It MIGHT or MIGHT NOT drop depending on a whole lot of factors but can we afford the wait?

As of now below 430 seems difficult. Also, those below 440 are retaking IELTS or some other thing to cross 440 mark.

Exactly, can't afford to wait now. Only way influx would pause/ stop is when US comes up with a proper Immigration process.

There's also a backlog created as a result of the delay in the last draw. Who knows how long it would take for that backlog to be cleared before another delay in draws.

Hey guys, I have browsed various threads but haven't got any specific answer. I know this thread is not for these kind of queries, but guys I need some expert help regarding Gift deed.... Pleaseee help.....

(1)What value stamp paper is required for executing gift deed (in India)?

(2)What if gift deed is more than one page, do all the pages need to be stamp paper?

(3)Does gift deed need to be notarized only or is there any other requirement?

Please advise. Thanks.

You case is almost exactly the same as mine but birthday is December. We feel that 437 is a bit of a pipe dream so we are looking at work visa and then hopefully a year of Canadian work experience or may be an LMIA while there to increase points.
