Doe pre arrival means eligibility passed pr not?
We've got the pre arrival about 2months ago but last week we contacted mp and they said

The responsible office is currently reviewing the application and documents submitted to determine if the applicant person meets the eligibility requirements
So is that mean eligibility is not passed but we got pre arrival about 2months ago.

i also got pre arrival in march then i put MP enquire in April they said eligibility is checking........
