Can anyone plz let me know if anyone got Student Visa rejection some 4-5 years back i.e.in 2013 or 2014... and that too rejection was 3-4 times..
So Is that person eligible to apply for CAIPS or GCMS notes?

If yes, then
1. What should he order CAIPS or GCMS notes?

2. Which is the genuine and best site to order because he doesn't know anyone in Canada.

3. How much time does it take in getting a precise answer?

I got two rejections in 2011 after +2
There is no eligibility requirements to apply for caips notes.

1. Earlier it was called caips now gcms.
2. You can ask @Helican
3. Around 1-1.5 month

But visa stamped for 16-05-2018 to 30-06-2019

Congrats again! Ur visa has been stamped as per the current application. Dont worry u can easily extend it, just ensure to land within 3months from the date of issue.
