Hi, good morning!
I'm new here, I received an email from IOM clinic about the pre-arrival program. Do we need to attend the program? Also, do we need to attend the PDOS at Comission on Filipinos Overseas (CFO)? Thank you!

I checked my account on the Canada Immigration site ... My counter foil is processed. I have a travel document number.
I used VFS - from Cebu to send my passport. However No one seems to know where my passport is.
I have called 2go .. they say my application was never given to them.
The two emails below is what I have received.
I there anyone to call and get proof my documents have been sent to the courier.
I received the email below on May 12.

We would like to inform you that your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office, on 09 May 2018 to the Canada Visa Application Centre.
You can track the status of your application through our website mentioned below using your tracking number:######

and I received the email below May 9
Dear *** , Visa application, tracking ID ###### Your processed Canada visa application will be endorsed to courier on 09/05/2018. Metro Manila delivery is approximately 24 to 48 hrs on working days. Provincial delivery in the city is approximately 48 to 72 hours on working days, and approximately 1 week for remote areas. To track the status of the shipment, please visit 2Go Express website at https://supplychain.2go.com.ph/CustomerSupport/etrace/ Please note this is an auto generated e-mail. Iba iba kase ang cases ng mga applications natin . Better not to compare your application from others kc hindi yun nakakatulong. Be positive n lng . What's your timeline ?Thanks po. Kakilala ko po kase after their medical exam after a week they received a new email to submit the passport. Then after a week nakuha na po yung visa first week of May this month lang po sya nakaalis na.

February 2018- application approval received vial mail in Canada.
March 27, 2018- medical exam request received via email
April 02, 2018- medical exam has been sent to the immigration

December 7,2017 = received application
January 31, 2018 = AOR1 recieved application number
Feb. 1= application link to CIC account
= request schedule A (IMM 5669)
Feb. 7= submitted the schedule A
Feb. 17= request medical exam
Feb. 21= sponsors approval
March 1= AOR2 Missisuaga to Manila
March 5= started processing ecas
March 7= took the medical exam
March 15= medical passed
May 3= additional documents requested

Hello, we're about to complete our application package. I just want to ask where to get our photos taken for the 50x70mm requirement because we tried photoline and they did a terrible job with our photos. Where did you get the photos done for your application? Hope you could help me. Thank you! And good luck with all of your applications. I hope you get to be with your families soon.
