My WES was due for completion on 4th May but I am yet to recieve tge report and also online status hasn't changed since 16th April. What could be the reason???

Sounds like you should be getting yours very soon! That's the last step in the process and usually only takes a day or two, if that.
More like 29 days, in about 9 days you will get an update about due date which will be 20 days from that day.Status last updated: 5/1/2018

Based on the above status update, what is the next step. I can't see an expected due date for the ECA report on my profile, does this mean I still have 20+ days to go? I thought the whole process was supposed to take 20 days in total after receipt of documents. All my documents were received on the 12th of April so not sure what to expect now.
My evaluation is complete today but i am getting the following error while downloading pdf report:
Even i am getting the same error - my report was supposed to be out on 8th but it came Today 7th ... but i am getting the same error.
I finally received my ECA report .. 1 day before the deadline !!
