You can go to Fedex and use their computer to generate return label or you can do at home just create a fedex.com account and put your credit card over their you can generate both sides shipping label and then print it out. You will only be charged when you package reach there.

I am writing the whole process which I followed from US:
1. Sender address used
CPCO – PR VISA
US Permanent Residence (Note: I omitted the un-necessary stuff here like temporary, passport etc)
PO Box 8781 STN T CSC
Ottawa ON
K1G 5B3
2. Please make sure you send the non expired passports I saw at lease one person sent the spouse's expired passport by mistaken.
3. Make sure you print the Annex provided at the bottom of the email and sign it.
4. Photographs according to the specification mentioned the final email.
5. Create an account on Fedex.com, add your credit card details, phone number and address.
6. Create a shipping label and their will be check box asking for return label. Check this checkbox and you will be prompted to enter return label details. (Note: shipping label and return label can also be generated via different mail providers)
Points to consider:
-Fedex system will ask you what is the content type in the drop down their is option "immigration document" select this.
- Fedex system will also ask the content dollar value and custom value just put $100 in both places.
- Their will be total 8 pages (4 for sending to CPCO and 4 for return label).
7. Take all 8 pages to the fedex and choose two envelope one bigger size and one smaller size and talk to fedex employee he will do the rest.
I followed this procedure and wanted to share it in response to above questions.

I live in USA. I got the email to submit the passport to

CPCO – PR VISA

Corrections/Supporting Documentation/US PR/TR VISA

PO Box 8781 STN T CSC

Ottawa ON K1G 5B3

but Fedex is unable to give the package since it is refused by Recipient.

could you please help?
I am late in the game here
But I see a difference here
Corrections/Supporting Documentation/US PR/TR VISA
for me it is "US Permanent /Temporary Residence VISA/Passports" I am wondering if this is the problem.

I did not even bother with details. Just big enough to fit passport I guess. It’s not specified in PPR email.

Please let me know
I have a situation that I have to go to my home country for 2 months, Once I am done with passport request, can I leave immediately and do the landing when I return after 2 months vacation. Is there any risk in doing that?

In other thread some one mentioned that COPR document which will be sent to us should not be folded. Hence keep bigger envelope. Is that so?

Standard envelope is small. Hence they cannot send COPR without folding it.

As mentioned in above post you can use any type of envelop it does not matter as long as your documents are fitting in. I used regular letter size envelope.

I got my COPR today and it was two folded as I used letter size envelop, but it does not matter COPR is just piece of paper, it can be folded. Do not worry about it at all.
