Paranoia! Few people might do it but I cannot see 4k fake profiles floating around.I am sure IRCC also observes how many ITA eventually get submitted within 60 day deadline, if they see it is 10% or so of all ITA issued in a particular draw I am sure they would do something on the lines you mentioned and future draws will see CRS plummet down to make up for withdrawn/unsubmitted applications. It must not be the case so far.

I keep seeing I gave, I give.. I think it is supposed to be I took, I did etc and again CIC when it is IRCC. What is going on, folks?

If that happens it will mean everyone in 440 is cleared which is very unlikely to happen because 440 hasnt been touched for a while and there are lots of profile in 441 and below.

Wishing for back to back draws. Created the profile last Q3 of 2017. Seems that 2018 is not a good year compared to the draws of 2017. Its already end of April and still has not went down to 430.. but still hoping..
