I actually did a upfront one in December 2017.

Do you know when a PPR will come? I have no idea what will happen next

I also did an upfront medical, but I'm still waiting for the security check to be initiated and passed. Everything else is done.

I think you can receive it any time within a week. I saw most of the people receive PPR after getting MyCic updated in few hours/next day. But there are some who receive it later.

Passed my app last Jan 2017

--No Mr Yet till today..

I called and was told that my they are doing my background check. and was advised to wait till i was done in the 18months process..
paper based here. SINP

march 13 app still no Mr. Agent confirms that they doing bg check and would send out Mr soon. Not sure should I conduct an upfront med check instead of endless waiting? seems my situation seems rare in this forum. anybody got some ideas?

I am waitin for medical request too, i did upfront yday. My criminality is passed, eligibility not started yet, gmcs notes shows that biographic - delayed under activities maybe thats why they havent send medical request yet. Finally got permission to change my employer
