Passports to CPC Ottawa January 2018

I got a letter saying my mother's application is transferred to CPC-Ottawa. How long do they require passport? Thanks

actually I sent my and my wife passport to cpc Ottawa. my wife has two passport one canceled and one current one ..i sent canceled one by mistake

Just wondering how everyone is tracking their passport return? Did you take down the tracking number from the envelope? I forgot to do that.....I had such a to do with Canada Post over this package to send out in the end I just made sure everything was in there and sent out again....

but Fedex is unable to give the package since it is refused by Recipient.

Hi all,
I sent my passport to CPC Ottawa. Delivered February 23rd, 2018.
Someone named SCI SHUTEBOER received/signed my package.
Does anyone here recognize this name?
Just wanna make sure that my passport is in the right place.
