congrats. damn! our decision was made on the same day but i am still waiting for the oath.... mine is processed by scarborogh office

Please if anyone can answer...I was paying the application fee online...i checked 2 for adults and 2 for minor. Do I have to pay 75 dollars for the citizenship certificate fee as well...

And for the english language requirement...i did my masters from UK in 2010, is the degree from uk sufficient for the english language requirement...please can anyone answer...Thanks

No, you don't need to pay $75 for the certificate. That's for existing Canadians to get a replacement certificate.

Yes, your Master's degree from UK should be sufficient.

How many applications do you think they receive per month?

If Scarborough is calling July/August applicants for oath currently, it should mean that Sept/Oct should come up within a month if I’m not wrong?

If each oath ceremony is a 100 people at the very least, and there are atleast 15 oath ceremonies a month in Scarborough, that’s 1500 applicants AT LEAST who get oath per month!

Just trying to sort out how fast I will be receiving my oath!!!
