Anyone here with Dec AOR got the PPR from LVO?

DEC 11 AOR
IP2 FEB 27
Additional docs status is not needed
Waiting for PPR

Hi did you received PPR???

Any FSWs here who had expired medicals while waiting? What happened when it expired - how soon did they ask you for a re-do and any update after the re-do?

Mine's about to expire in 20 days. I've emailed them 2 days ago asking for an extension but haven't heard back yet. Will let ya know once I get their response.

Thanks, I have emailed them now because mine has just expired. Hopefully they provide extension for us both

That's annoying!! funny that Ontario signed an agreement with the federal government back in Nov. which included prioritizing the processing of Ontario PNP applicants and then I end up with almost 2 months with no action taken on my case .... what sort of prioritization is that :)
Can you share the source and details of this agreement. Thanks

Then the prioritization clause is in "Annex A" as follows:

4.15 Subject to sections 3.2 and 9.2, Canada agrees to process applicants nominated for Permanent Resident status by Ontario as expeditiously as possible with a view to achieving targets that have been integrated into Canada's immigration levels plan, and to balancing multiple competing priorities, including as reflected in Ministerial Instructions issued under section 87.3 of the IRPA.

Wow I don't know that. Are you sure? I hope LVO will not forget about that agreement just as they do to our cases

I just posted the link and the specific clause as a reply to another member who asked for it :)

Any PPRs today from London VO?

It is strange that they haven't started criminality yet and I don't know why they are delaying so much. You can raise CSE to ask them to kindly process your application.

In addition, PM me if you have any Notes from Agent and statuses of Eligibility few pages before Notes. This will help me understand your case better.
Thanks for your response. Please show me how to raise CSE. And please how do I pm you?

I just called IRCC and the agent claimed he can't access the file because it is in the visa office, is that for real? I thought the GCMS is global and everyone can check the status of the application!!

Once your file goes to the local visa office they cant access it

doesn't make sense to me, cuz I emailed IRCC and called them before after the file transfer and the agents were able to access file and respond somehow.

As per my experience, They can see into the file regardless it is with local visa office of not but it's not allowed to share processing stages when the file is in LVO. I have called the Montreal Call Centre a few times and at times i get the status update and at times they tell they can not access the file. Call Center Agent with good mood will tell you some insights and others will just waste your 40 minutes of waiting.
