MY IP2 START ON 23RD nOV. SINCE THEN I AM BACKGROUND CHECK. THEY REPLY MY ROUTINE CHECK PERFORMED ON MY FILE STILL ONGOING. FROM EXP. LAST WEEK WHEN I INQUIRE ABOUT MY MEDICAL EXPIRING ON 25TH MAY, LESS THAN 2 MONTHS. THEY HAVE EXTENDED MY MEDICAL TILL 14TH MARCH 2019. ASSUMING I AM STUCK IN BACK GROUND FOR LONG . SITUATION IS SIMILAR LIKE YOU. ONLY THING MY NOTES WAS GENERATED ON 12TH FEB AND MY SECURITY SCREENING IS NOT MENTION. IT DO STARTED AND HAVE NOTES PROTECTED UNDER S.19. MY ADR OF TRAVEL HISTORY SUBMITED ON 21ST SEP IS UNDER S.15. I ASSUMING EVERYTHING REVOLVING FOR ME AROUND TRAVEL HISTORY.

I'm an FSW-O applicant with a 3rd July AOR. I recently contacted LVO and got the following response:
Please note that we have contacted the responsible office and confirmed
that the application was still being processed and in queue for the
security assessment. Your case, however, will not be expedited at this
time, as the responsible division processes cases based on the order of
reception. They will contact you as soon as a decision has been made, or
if more information, documents are required.
I trust you will find this information helpful. Please accept our
apologies for this unusual delay in responding to your email, we are
generally able to respond within 30 business days.

Pls, do u reside in canada or outside Canada. I am asking cos my medical is expiring on the 12of this month n did u ask for extension or u wer jst given.
Which department sent you this email? I haven't seen any such emails from London before.
Were you able to arrange all the documents?,Its getting scary now as final month is approaching,I have used an old experience,but I was able to get a fresh letter of reference with job duties and responsibilities,and all what was required on CIC website,The experience is more then 5 yeas old and if they asked me for supporting documents,I am not sure if the ex employer will cooperate.my notes reflected exactly same comments as yours (I read your comment on GCMS forum),all green by CPA except the Settlement Funds.Apparently My file hasn't been touched by London,and I am one of the few unlucky ones who never received IP2 on 27th Feb or may be this is what is planned for me.It is sad they are digging into matters not related to what's on the website.
I am from Pakistan and live in United Arab Emirates. I alert them with email that my visa is expiring in less than 2 month. Please advised me, if I need to redo. so that I can do it to avoid any further delay of my application and they responded back extended my Medical.
Yes, They are for sure doing it right. If you are clear then no issues only delays which is normal with CIC.
Even I got fresh reference letter for my old job with all requisites and no red flags were raised.. i think their main concern right now is how i am.supoortig myself if im not working..
And yes i have arranged all documents and submitted detailed LoE...
