Hi All,
on Feb 28 I received the message from IRCC regarding the medical request. They sent me a 'Medical Report' document but was almost empty. In particular they didn't provide any IME number. I booked for the appointment and I did the tests on March 09. On March 12 IRCC sent me another email asking medical and sending again the 'Medical Report' with IME numbers. It was too late because my doctor already provided with another IME and submitted everything to the responsible officer. I tried to contact IRCC several time between yesterday and today. One officer asked me to ask the doctor to send me the results so that I would have re-submitted through Gckey. Another option the officer asked me was to tell the doctor to re-submit again with the correct IME number. The doctor refused to do both options. I called again IRCC and they told me that they have all the reults from the doctor but was not 'linked' to my application number and basically I have to wait 90 days before they eventually can take action...It's incredible...waiting so long...Ironically seems easier do all the exams again and have the results in few days with the correct IME number...this is really incredible!! Do you guys suggest anything?

They are not asking you to provide English test results; rather if any of your documents are other than English then those documents should be either translated into English or French. They asked you a new updated Schedule A form with no gaps. They are interested in your specific gaps so make sure to provide them all.

Hi I already did my medicals upfront on 9thmarch 2018 and now on 19th march I got a MR. With another medical form attached to the Request letter . I tried to call CIC but couldn't to talk to an agent. So I called the hospital and told them that I got MR so they told me to give them that MR form from CIC as well so that they can combine both the upfront form and request form together so that CIC knows that it's for same person. Any comments or suggestions appreciated.

Hi friends,
I booked an appointment for an upfront medical exam on April 6th, but in between got my MR on March 14th, which means April 13th will be the 30 day deadline date, so lil bit worried about the timing like whether a week will be enough for doc to send the medicals to IRCC or not? Living far away from a bigger city, so changing dates wont be easy. How long a doctor takes to upload the your medical report?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thank you.

You may want to contact your clinic for exact time. My test results were received after two business days. I did my exam in Kitchener, ON.

Thank u so much for your reply. As far as I have seen other ppl doing their medicals these days, its only taking them either two or three days for sending the reports.
