maybe the map was F A C E D, but the sequence i have mentioned before is a confirm fir me the choices of two were ( first the tutor asked if it reduced labour cost and the student answered in fact it increasd sales #1 thus increased job opportunities in sales #2)
The advantages were that customers used to be followed up by sales persons but now they communicate more #1 and they are involved in the design #2
