family sponser have to wait only 10-12 months. if you wanna apply for provincial nominee programme then you have to wait more then 2 year i am @amy_zira knows that so spouse people are lucky because they wait less then us.

File sent to ndvo and started processing in Ecas dec 13 2017

In between status became bcg NA when medical passed and then recently BCG in progress what does that mean.

I also noticed in betweenstatus was updated to “need more docs to process application and then few days later documents provided and being reviewed although I did not receive request neither provided additional docs.

What’s next step after bcg in progress?

The website has gone under maintenance today.Maybe that’s why you see this change.And while my line was also blank,I called the automated phone.It said “We need additional docs....”
Then after that the website again went under maintenance..That’s when the black line changed to,”We are reviewing the additional documents you provided.”
Neither did they ask me anything nor did I send anything...it’s only that they keep changing statuses..don’t worry

Quick update- BGC started on 03/19, prearrival note in my gckey on 03/20. May first week applicant

Got DM in ecas on 03/20 at around 7 PM IST!

people who have been in this forum since the beginning can tell you one thing- i do not pull people down. there is one thing to be realistic and another thing to comment "when will our turn come" every time one may applicant updates. it is good to be hopeful but when they have given you such a big affirmation that you will be dealt with by may or june, what are these constant messages? Anyway, people who get me get me! No worries, hope the best for you and may it happen for you earlier than may or june. peace!

I am just a reader of this forum and I totally feel you hate it when after May applicant post something or ask something. This actually not you is not you but your frustration speaking. We totally understand that it hurts when someone who filed after you receive an update and you don't. I do not understand what is your problem if people are being hopeful and expressive. You were at that stage too when you might have seen some updates from March applicant and thought when will my turn come. So, just relax and do not let your frustration bring someone else's hopes down. If you do not like someone asking question or posting something, just ignore it.

one thing i seriously don't understand.. when NDVO has sent an email to july applicants that they will be contacted in may or june, why are people still wondering or guessing when their files will be touched. I wish May applicants got an email like this 7 months ahead in their application journey. Anyway. keep stressing folks- your files won't be touched until 10 months time- unless very lucky!

how do you know that you are not immigration officer we are not stressed i think you are stress now because you got prearrival but NOT DM and PPR

I believe there's nothing wrong if a july applicant is expecting any sort of update regardless (of the email from ndvo) sent to them or not. Even for those who recieved the email it said they'll start working on the files within two months i believe it was on Jan 16, 2018.. 2 months already passed.
Moral of the story:
July applicants, you might recieve updates anytime from now it could be days or it could be months depending on how fast the visa officers will look after it cuz ndvo should've already been started looking into our files.
