Just curious, did you do your medical already? I thought you had to have one to submit your e-APR.
My case was a little different friend. I had an ITA in Dec 2017 and had prepared all documents. But I had created my initial profile with option spouse not accompanying and had CRS 475. I later decided to go with family but did not realize that it will reduce my CRS score as I was not adding any points from my spouse education or IELTS. Saw a post in this forum in some thread that it does affect the score and when I verified its reducing my score to 445, I declined invitation and recreated profile with the right option and CRS 445 on Jan 24. By this time I had already got the medicals done in January and received FBI PCC in January as well. So all my documents were in my hand. I just had to fill the application again after the ITA and pay the fees and submit. I would have been at risk though had I not received the ITA this soon as many of the documents do expire after a certain duration.

Hi Bro nice prediction i have been following your comments. Just want to know as i am sitting on 435, how long approximately will it take for ROI to issue ITA at this score.... Thanks
If they strictly continue with 3000 ITAs every 2 weeks, it could take a long time as those stuck on 436-442 scores need to get cleared and that would happen very slowly since there would be lot of folks increasing their scores or getting added to the pool every 2 weeks.
1 week gap draws can help your cause or number of ITAs should be increased like last year.

Hi Abhishek, could you possibly estimate how long it might take with strictly bi-weekly 3000-ITA draws? Any chance the cut-off will drop by May?

And if 2750 ITAs are issued ? Then.
Should be the same score (CRS 441) considering the number of folks stuck at CRS 441. The worst case scenario would be CRS 442 as cut off on Feb 21st.

A lot can happen in 40-45 days. The score might come down and you may receive ITA, on the other hand, Ontario can close their intake for applications as well. I'm afraid there's nothing certain with IRCC.

I made the same decision as yours, waited for 3 weeks on the Ontario NOI and just when I was about to lodge my application for OINP they closed the intake. Fortunately luck was on my side and I just had to wait 2 weeks to receive a direct ITA.

Wishing all of you amazing people speedy ITAs.
Hello Abid,

I am in a similar predicament here, I have a CRS 438 and got an NOI on 13th Feb. Reading your response above are you saying that the 45 days window to submit the application after getting NOI might close in 3 weeks if OINP close the intake ? Doesn't the guide says that your NOI is valid for 45 days, so I have until the 44th day to submit the fees after preparing the docs ?

Kindly clarify as I am confused :S

Thanks

I got my NOI in June 2017 and it was valid for 6 months, but Ontario closed their intake late July 2017 due to a large number of applications. They did give a week or two notice but it wasn't possible for me to arrange all documents within that time period. Not sure if it might happen again in the future but it sure sucked to be me back then. Your CRS is good btw, I don't think you should opt for PNP. Wait a couple of draws, the score is coming down and you'll get through with direct ITA.

Hello,

I have a question about proof of funds. In my case, most of the required amount has been deposited in the last month and I'm afraid it would raise red flags. The reason big amounts have been deposited into my account in the last month is because I just asked some clients who owe me money from before to settle them now, and I also picked up some extra freelancing jobs to make more money. So I can't provide any "gift deed" or something because I worked for this money (and in here it's rare to have contracts or signed papers when doing freelance work, so I also can't provide anything to show that these deposits come from a freelance job.). Is it possible that I could just submit my 6 months bank statement and letter without having to provide any extra documents to explain the unusual deposits? (since I don't have any means to explain them)

Thanks!
