Citizenship Applications Delivered: October 16-20, 2017 (C6)

Hi, I sent my Application on October 24 delivered on October 30 but until now February 20, I have not received AOR. Is there a possibility that it was misplaced and need to resubmit another application. i already send inquiry using the web form but they just answer back through automatic reply with no reference to my inquiry. Help me pls on what to do next.

Does anyone know how long CIC takes to respond if you contact them by webform.
Also what are the chances of success of asking for email copy of the communication they sent to you by postal mail.

I've one Mexico stamp (vacation). Do you think they'll ask me for translation?

If it is not in english or French, but I guess Spanish is latin letters which will be understandable

Will cost you some $ to translate thoug, why not to be in safe side!

Guys have a quick question on name change.
Do i need to wait for Oath/Citizenship certificate to be issued first and then initiate a name change (addition of my last name to my Wife name). Right now my ecas status is Decision Made and i am waiting for the Oath. Appreciate your response.
