Only 2 PNPs are suitable for without Job offer candidates, SINP EE and NSNP Demand EE category B. Both have their separate On Demand occupation list. Can apply only then, if intended NOC is in their list. What is your educational qualification and Job experience ?
Some other PNP EE without job offer compulsory programs are also there.
You can go for Ontario HCP stream, but min. requirement is 400 CRS
Manitoba program needs relative or close friend connection etc.

Thanks for the info, i have bachelors deegree from india and Master from UK.
Also 7+ years of experience in Logistics & Procurement in MNC companies.

This is not in SINP and NSNP Demand list.

Wow.... it seems that NDVO is not Sleeping as they issued DM and PPR to August 16 and Sept 16.... in last days.... so hope we will get ours within time frame of 18 months....

are they MPNP OR SINP Paper based because EE entry are regularly geting PPR only problem with Paper based Applicants. please confirm.

I noticed... nov2016 are receiving MR since yesterday.....so finally our turn came.... às we already have MR in June... ..
