Returning my son to my country..

Hi everyone,
Just recently got my PR card and my husband&son just arrived about a month ago.the thing is my son did not like Canada and he asked me to bring him back to my country,he only wanted to stay here in canada for like 3months.
If I bring my son back to my country he can still return to Canada?but what can I explain to immigration of canada when they ask me why you sponsor your child then you want him to return in your country,please i really need answer worried about what's gonna happen next

IRCC will not be interested. They will not ask questions about why you sponsored. They don't need to know.

Don’t forget to get your husbands permission before you leave if he isnt going.

As per Bultruck when you take your son back to your home country without the father you should ensure you have a letter with you from the parent who is not travelling giving consent for your son to travel, assuming son is a minor.

You may or may not get asked for this but the requirement is there due to child trafficking that goes on in the world, depends how old your son is whether still a minor.

Longer term keep in mind everyone still needs to meet the residency obligation even your son if they want to return to Canada. In case your son changes his mind in future think about how you will all handle that scenario.

Thank you guys,just one more thing how can I keep his permanent recidency status if i bring him back to my country,should I consult an immigration lawyer about the situation that i am facing right now?because the problem is that my husband and i are no longer together so nobody can take care of him and because my son grew up with his grand mother he chose to be with her in my country so I have no choice but to bring him back and once his ready to be here in canada again then what am I gonna do?

But do you think I'm not gonna have a problem later on if I return him back to my country?what I mean is no need to consult any immigration lawyer or speak with IRCC just send him back and that's it!though he is only 9 Year old.Thank you so much

But if you later became Canadian citizen, return back to your country and accompany him, that might restore his PR status.

Why are you letting a 9 year old dictate your life decision here?? He's just a child. If you think the best course of action is to have him stay in Canada with you as a family, then keep him in Canada and he will get used to it.

I couldn't agree more with @Rob_TO

I've moved around quite a bit during my childhood and while there's a difficult transition period, kids adapt! (9 year olds especially)

I've heard the winter this year has been especially harsh, so maybe he's having trouble with the cold, but as Rob_TO said he'll get used to Canada in due time.

At 9 there is no way he is rational enough to be able to decide where he wants to live, and I doubt that he comprehends the impact leaving Canada could have on his life. (In relation to PR/citizenship prospects)
